      WRISTIES

On a cold winter day in 1994, 10-year-old K-K Gregory of
Bedford, Massachusetts was playing in the snow when her
wrists started to hurt because they were cold and wet.
She was wearing a coat and gloves, but her wrists were
exposed and suffered miserably because of it.

She remedied the problem by designing a fingerless glove
that covered her hand and extended to her forearm. Wearing
them under her coat and mittens, she was warm, dry, and
comfortable. Thinking others might benefit from her
invention, she took the idea to her next Girl Scout meeting,
and was immediately inundated with orders.

      Wristies ™ was born.

Relying primarily on press releases and word of mouth,
Wristies grew by leaps and bounds. K-K started receiving
orders from all over the world, which were soon followed
by thank you letters from grateful customers. From artists
to paramedics, children to grandparents, this simple idea
became the perfect solution for so many.

K-K was written about by the media all over the country,
and even appeared on "Oprah" and other prominent shows.
By the time she graduated from High School this last spring,
she'd been inducted into the Kids Hall of Fame, and had won
several local and regional Women and Entrepreneur Of The
      Year Awards.

All because she decided to solve a simple problem.

So...if a 10-year-old can start a hot, new trend, what do
you suppose YOU could do, if you tried? Grab a copy of
